Jogging uphill VS flat roads

I can't begin to say how surprised I am to see so many joggers running by the side of the road. Especially on city streets which are usually flat??

You see, gravity & steep gradients are crucial factors that decide how effective your morning jogs are. Challenging yourself with some hilly inclines means that you are doing well to work towards fitness a bit harder. When you hit the gym, you'll notice that almost every treadmill or bike has 'hills' as a setting.

Not to mention that plowing through a grassy, quiet hill is WAY better than running through traffic and noisy cars & pollution. Just sayin'.

To maintain your dance health & general physical fitness, how you do your daily runs will ultimately count! You'd be surprised at the difference it makes in the end.
